We cannot predict the weather. The farm may need to close due to inclement weather. If you are traveling a distance, please check the weather and our website for up-to-date information.
If rain causes multiple staffed attractions to be closed for a continuous 60 minutes (per CCAF) and you choose to leave the farm, or Cherry Crest Adventure Farm closes early due to weather conditions, a rain pass may be issued. Please feel free to stop by the GUEST SERVICES, near the Admissions Booth and we will be happy to give you a rain pass. At that time, we will need to collect the wristband of everyone in your group and you will be required to exit the property. You are welcome to return with your rain pass on any future date that the farm is open. There may be a small upgrade fee depending on the season your pass was issued and the season you return.
We cannot control the weather and during rainy weather we try to keep as many attractions open as long as we possibly can. At times, however, some attractions need to be close for the safety of our guests and employees. Please note that it is always YOUR decision as to whether or not you choose to visit CCAF when the weather is in question and while we offer rain passes, as stated above, we DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.
In cases of Excessive Heat Warnings the farm may need to close for the safety of our staff and guests.

There were several factors that went into the decision to transition to card and mobile payment-only transactions.
Faster.
Eliminating the need to make change allows for quicker transaction times and lower wait times, making the guest experience even better!
Efficiency.
The cashless model allows us to operate more efficiently and effectively, giving our team members the opportunity to focus more on you, our guest.
Safer.
Keeping guests and team members safe is the number one priority for us on the farm. Cashless models have proven to be a safer model to implement across the retail and hospitality industries.
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Cherry Crest Adventure Farm Gift Cards are accepted at admissions, food, retail and attractions. Cash can be used to purchase Cherry Crest Gift Cards at Guest Services.
A cash-to-gift card option is available at Guest Services. Guests will be able to transfer cash onto a Cherry Crest gift card. The gift card can then be used throughout the farm for purchases.
